Destiny’s journey into birth work is more than a career—it is a heartfelt calling and an act of service deeply rooted in love.

She completed her training with Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings (BADT) as a full-spectrum doula, aligning with their mission of providing care that is socially conscious, inclusive, culturally appropriate, diverse, and action-oriented. These values are central to Destiny’s practice, where inclusivity means every family she serves feels seen, respected, and supported—exactly as they are. She supports families from all backgrounds through every stage, offering both labor and postpartum care. Her experience includes walking alongside close friends through birth and recovery, giving her a profound appreciation for the sacredness of these transitions.

In addition to her doula work, Destiny is a placenta encapsulator, childbirth educator, and Safe Sleep Ambassador, offering families education and options rooted in safety, tradition, and evidence-based care. She encourages practices of stress management, relationship building, and continued mental health care before birth and beyond, recognizing that emotional wellness is just as vital as physical preparation.

With a degree in Mental Health and Counseling, Destiny is also trained to detect and support clients who may be experiencing perinatal mental health challenges or stressors. Her background allows her to hold compassionate, trauma-informed space while connecting families to the resources and tools they need to feel supported during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Alongside her birth work, Destiny shares her passion for herbal wellness, offering gentle, plant-based support for families interested in natural care. She crafts teas, salves, and remedies that nurture the body and mind through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond—always as an optional, thoughtful layer of care for those who wish to include it. Her approach is grounded in honoring what nature provides while keeping care simple, supportive, and accessible for all families she serves.
